famous architect Thomas Telford and has a great feeling of space
and history. Benwell house is one of the original Ullapool
fishing houses, built in the late 18th century, and retains its
traditional elegance.
With views from all four bedrooms of beautiful Loch Broom and
the mountains beyond Benwell House has recently been refurbished
to high modern standards and has a new central heating system
and plentiful hot water providing a warm, comfortable stay.
Parking for three cars is available right in front of the house.
There is fast, unlimited, wireless broadband available and pets
are welcome by arrangement.
HALLWAY
Once through the front door you enter a hallway with plenty of
space to put boots and hang up coats and there is also a
separate toilet under the stairs.
LIVING ROOM
To the right there is a large living room with an open fire and
comfortable seating arranged to provide two areas within the
room, one allowing for games, computers or TV and a quieter area
near the open fire for reading or chatting over a glass of wine
or a wee dram of whisky
There is also a double sofa bed in this room.
DINING ROOM
To the left of the hall there is a smart dining room with
seating for up to 12 which leads conveniently onto the large
kitchen.

The kitchen is new and well equipped and includes a dishwasher,
